Orders and Shipping

If you place your order before 2 PM Central time, we will process your order and ship the same day. We do have multiple shipping options available that will allow for rush orders. Our average order to delivery time is 3-5 days.

You may create a new user account by selecting “create account” at the checkout page. You may also create an account via the “My Account” page. We also provide “simple sign on” solutions using accounts you use daily, such as Amazon, Facebook, and Google.

You may change both your billing and shipping address by visiting the “My Account” page, and then select “Addresses“.

If you created an account, you may visit the “My Account“, and select “Orders“. If you are a Guest, you may use “Guest Order Tracking“. 

We do not store any credit card information on our severs, however payment solutions such as Apple Pay or others may allow you keep your card information securely for future payment ease (if you choose to enable).

We charge sales tax in states that we have reached sales thresholds that require us to collect local sales tax. If you are not charged sales tax, it is because we have not met tax requirements in your state yet..

We currently ship orders to the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

You may receive multiple shipments if your order includes items that handled by our distribution partner. Any items that ship separately have specific information listed in the items description..

If you need to swap an item

Returns and Exchanges

We allow for a 14 day return window for any clothing item that does not fit, is defective in any way, or does not meet expectations. All reimbursements will be provided in the form of store credit.. For more information, please visit our “Return Policy” page.

In the event a wrong item is received, you may reach us via our “Contact Us” or “Returns” pages. We provide a shipping label and a timely solution at no expense.

If you received an item damaged in transit or defective in any way, please reach us via our “Contact Us”  page. If damaged in transit, we will ask for a photo of the damaged package.

We ship customer orders as quickly as possible for your convenience. Because of the time sensitivity, we recommend calling us at: (605) 380-0055 for fastest resolution time. If you are unable to call, please update your information in your “My Account” page and/or select “Addresses“. Then please leave us a message via the form in our “Contact Us” page.

You may cancel your order by accessing the “My Account” Page, and then select “Orders“. If your order ships before you are able to cancel, we recommend calling us at: (605) 776-8837 and we will attempt to stop shipment immediately.

We do not currently allow for pre-orders, however, you may use the “Get Notified” button if the item is out of stock. We will email you immediately after the item is re-stocked. Many of our restocking efforts are initiated by customer demand through this process. We encourage you to use the “Get Notified” option and we will restock for you if possible.
